Pricing & Service Options

Perezidential Pools offers pool service at a rate that is specific to your pool! The monthly service rate for each pool depends on the pool size, number of bodies of water, equipment, surrounding landscape and what it will take to maintain your specific pool. Prices do NOT vary based on the service area.

  • Starting at $120 per month for weekly service
  • $50 Service Fee to troubleshoot issues
  • $75 Emergency fee (applicable nights, weekends, holidays or with less than 24 hour notice)

What We Do

  • Skim the surface of the pool
  • Brush down the sidewalls and the steps
  • Check and empty skimmer and pump baskets
  • Test and balance water chemistry
  • Check pool equipment
  • Vacuum the pool as needed*
  • Backwash filter*
  • Clean salt cell*
  • Lube/replace pump lid and backwash O-rings*

*= services performed as needed and may incur additional cost
